Thank you for choosing hugmecovers.com. We strive to fulfill your orders quickly and accurately. The following cancellation policy explains when and how you may cancel an order.

1. When Can You Cancel an Order

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

• Once an order is marked as “shipped” in our system, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• For custom, personalized, or special-order items, cancellation may not be permitted once production has started; we'll inform you if this applies.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email at hello@hugmecovers.com (or through our website’s contact form), providing your order number and cancellation reason.
  2. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation (i.e., not yet shipped or processed).
  3. If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation message.

3. Refund of Canceled Orders

• If you paid in advance (prepaid), you will receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is approved before shipping.

• If payment was via Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation before dispatch means no payment needs to be made.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

• Refund processing time is typically 7-15 business days after cancellation approval; actual time to reflect may depend on your payment provider.

4. Cases Where Cancellation May Not Be Possible

• If the order is already shipped, we may be unable to cancel, but you may still return (per our Refund & Exchange policy) after delivery, if eligible.

• Customized or personalized products, made per your instructions, typically cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started.

• Items ordered during a flash sale or special promotion may have different cancellation rules, which will be clearly stated at purchase.

5. Cancellation Charges (If Any)

• No cancellation charge will be applied if you cancel before the order is shipped.

If cancellation is requested after shipping, standard return procedures apply; any shipping or return costs will follow our Refund & Exchange policy.

For special cases (e.g., custom orders after production start), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee that reasonably reflects the costs incurred.

6. Cancellation by Hug Me Covers

• We may cancel your order on our end due to any of these reasons: stock unavailability, pricing errors, failure to obtain payment authorization, or other unforeseen issues.

• If we cancel the order before shipping, you will receive a full refund.

• We will notify you by email or phone in such cases.

7. How to Check Cancellation Status

• You can check your order status on our website under My Orders; if the order is still processing (not shipped), cancellation may be possible.

• If in doubt, contact our Customer Support with order details; they will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
